The Company provides investment consulting services for media projects and corporate video production, as well as educational courses on business pitch presentations. All estimates regarding the potential ROI (Return on Investment) for financial communication campaigns are based on market analysis and professional experience and do not constitute performance guarantees.

2. Rights and Obligations

Company's Obligations: To provide the contracted services professionally and as agreed. To offer support and clarifications within the limits of the purchased service package.

Client's Obligations: To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services. To respect the agreed payment terms. To use the materials and advice received in accordance with applicable law.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Company assumes no liability for business losses, loss of revenue, loss of opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. The Company's total liability is limited to the value of the services paid by the client for the respective project. Our recommendations do not constitute official financial advice and do not replace specialized consultation.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services is made according to the issued invoice. Digitally purchased courses are final and are not eligible for a refund after accessing the materials.

For consulting projects, cancellation with a full refund is possible within a maximum of 24 hours from order confirmation, before the actual start of work. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Termination of Use

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, without prior notice, if the client violates these Terms, including by non-payment for services or abusive use of the content.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
